🛡️ Warranty
All Jotit.ca products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. If your notebook, journal, or accessory arrives defective or damaged, you may request an exchange for the same item. Substitutions are not allowed unless the original item is no longer available.
Condition Requirements:

🆕 Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

📖 Any product that has been written in, customized, or altered cannot be returned.
All returned items will be inspected by our staff. If confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Items deemed non-defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.
📮 Jotit.ca is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns to us, nor for shipping replacement items back to customers.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility:

📦 The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
📮 Jotit.ca does not cover shipping costs on returned items.
❌ Cancellations
Orders that are in-stock, backordered, or pre-ordered may only be canceled for store credit. Refunds to original payment methods will not be issued. Some items may be marked non-cancellable in their description.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your return was approved. If approved, a store credit will be applied to your Jotit.ca account.
⚠️ Refunds will not be issued as cash or to your original payment method — only store credit will be provided.
💲 Price Adjustments
If the retail price of a notebook, journal, or accessory is reduced within 14 days of your purchase, we will issue the difference in store credit upon request.
